A stunning illustrated and hand-printed cotton shirt, emblazoned with holy and folkloristic imagery of the sacred heart and evil eye, and a shrine to a snake wrapped around a woman's arm.
In Maltese folklore St. Paul took the venom from the snake that bit him and performed a miracle because he didn't die and made all Maltese snakes non-venomous...the legend goes on to say that he put their venom into the tounges of women. This artwork takes this vile phrase and turns it on its head by giving power and honour to the woman and the snake in the narrative.
The cotton poplin shirts are hand-printed by myself in Berlin using terracotta red water-based eco-friendly inks on cotton poplin pink unisex shirts. A pocket print on the front features an intricate sacred heart and evil eye illustration and the back features a drawing of a magical hand weaved with a serpent. Shirts are a men's fit. Please note sleeves don't come rolled.

**Packaging**
Your t-shirts will be packed in a bubble A4 envelope, however when possible, I try to recycle old envelopes and boxes. Please do the same instead of throwing your package away!
